Serving suggestion

For capsules: 1-2 capsules per day, with or after a meal. Cycle consumption.

For Extract Powder: Add 1-2 level scoops in a splash of hot water to help dissolve, then mix with juice or drink of choice.

(1 level scoop is roughly 300mg - use a milligram scale for greater serving size accuracy).

Cycle consumption: Consume for 5 days, have 2 days off, or, consume for 5 weeks and take 2 weeks off.

Andrew Huberman recommends consuming about 425mg daily according to his podcast and said it raised his T by about 200 points.
